British 'Sky Sports' reported on the 13th (Korea time) that 'Manchester United expects FC Barcelona to approach Marcus Rashford.'
Marcus Rashford, who inherited Wayne Rooney's number 10 jersey and served as the club's star player, spent the second half of the 2024-2025 season on loan at Aston Villa.

According to Plettenberg, Barcelona is already advancing the transfer process at the club level, and Rashford is also reportedly preferring a move to Barcelona.
Spanish reporter Matteo Moreto also stated that 'head coach Hansi Flick has approved the acquisition of Rashford, and specific negotiations between Manchester United and Barcelona will begin within the next few days.' Barcelona's Director General Deco has also mentioned in a past interview with 'RAC1 Radio' that 'both Luis Díaz and Rashford are players we like.' Despite being financially constrained, Barcelona maintains a positive stance towards focused investment to strengthen the winger position.
