The 2025 KBO All-Star Game achieved a sellout for the fourth consecutive year.
KBO announced on 12th that the '2025 Shinhan SOL Bank KBO All-Star Game', held at Hanwha Life Park in Daejeon, recorded a final attendance of 16,850, marking a sellout. It has been sold out for four consecutive years since 2022.
This All-Star Game will be held in Daejeon for the first time in 13 years since 2012. It is the first All-Star Game held at Hanwha Life Park, which opened this year.
The KBO All-Star Game was held in Ulsan at Munsoo Baseball Stadium in 2018 and recorded a sellout (11,500 attendees), but failed to sell out at Changwon NC Park (14,268 attendees) in 2019. The All-Star Game could not be held in 2020 and 2021 due to COVID-19.
Since then, the sellout streak has continued every year since 2022. The All-Star Games held in 2022 at Seoul's Jamsil Baseball Stadium (23,750 attendees), in 2023 at Busan's Sajik Baseball Stadium (22,990 attendees), and in 2024 at Incheon's SSG Landers Field (22,500 attendees) all achieved sellouts. This marks four consecutive years of sellouts.
On this day, the Dream All-Star lineup consisted of Ko Ja-wook (Samsung, left fielder), Víctor Reyes (Lotte, right fielder), Choi Jeong (SSG, third baseman), Díaz (Samsung, first baseman), Jeon Jun-woo (Lotte, designated hitter), Ahn Hyun-min (KT, center fielder), Ryu Ji-hyeok (Samsung, second baseman), Kang Min-ho (Samsung, catcher), and Jeon Min-jae (Lotte, shortstop). The starting pitcher is Park Se-woong (Lotte).
The Nanum All-Stars will include Moon Hyun-bin (Hanwha, designated hitter), Park Min-woo (NC, second baseman), Park Geon-woo (NC, right fielder), Song Seung-moon (Kiwoom, third baseman), Chae Eun-seong (Hanwha, first baseman), Park Dong-won (LG, catcher), Lee Joo-hyung (Kiwoom, left fielder), Park Hae-min (LG, center fielder), and Park Chan-ho (KIA, shortstop). The starting pitcher is Cody Ponce (Hanwha).
