Players' records were a topic of interest for baseball fans. Among these, 'Bider Legend (hereafter Bider)' was one of the fans' enjoyable activities. Fans enjoy baseball in various ways, and 'Bider' involves guessing who will get a hit each day. Since hitting a 40 combo comes with a prize, fans are even more interested and engaged. The prize is up to 50 million won.
Baseball fans try to find out who will be 'the day's hit protagonist' among the five games played nationwide. It's not just about their favorite teams or players. They gather information through articles from reporters present at the game sites and analyze to predict which player is likely to get a hit that day.
The next sports game 'Bider Legend' selects one of the primary batters from the KBO's 10 clubs each day. If the chosen batter gets a hit, the selection is deemed successful, and a combo begins. If the combo continues to 40 consecutive hits, a prize can be garnered.
Towards the end of the first half, it seemed there would be a 40 combo protagonist. There were users who succeeded with 39 combo and 38 combo. However, they did not reach 40 combo. The determination of whether 40 combo will be achieved will require continuous observation in the second half.
Currently, user 'V7' has 24 combo, while 'Bingeosanghanai' and 'Run King Kim Ji-chan' have 23 combo, and 'Batting 400' and 'Gogogogog' have 22 combo. It will be interesting to see if one of them becomes the 40 combo protagonist or if someone else will challenge and succeed in achieving 40 combo.
On the other hand, one thing that users participating in 'Bider' must know is that even if a 40 combo achiever emerges, they can continue participating until the Korean Series.
The reward will be distributed to the 40 combo achievers after the season ends as 1/N. Just because a 40 combo achiever emerges in the middle does not mean the 50 million won is paid and it's over; participants can continue to challenge until the end of the season. Therefore, observing how many people will achieve 40 combo this year is part of the fun.
'Bider' started on March 22 and will continue until the Korean Series. Participants can join from 2 a.m. on game days until 10 minutes before the game starts. If there are doubleheaders at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., participation is possible until 1:50 p.m.
Participation is only possible through the Daum app. Users need to scan a QR code and install the Daum app. They can click the challenge button in the Bider Legend menu of the app. Once they select a player, their challenge for that day is complete.
