The Daegu Seogu TB (youth) baseball team, led by manager Bae Jang-won, achieved the top spot for the second consecutive year at the 2025 2nd Bankogae Uiseong Mukimhoe Daegu-Gyeongbuk Youth Baseball Tournament, thanks to the performance of captain Bae Han-ul (Hwawon High School, 1st year).
This tournament was sponsored by the Bankogae Uiseong Mukimhoe (representative Park Byung-jun) and organized by the Daegu-Gyeongbuk TB (youth) baseball federation, held from the 15th to the 22nd at the Samgugyusa Gunwi Baseball Park.
The Daegu Seogu TB baseball team, composed of 27 high school and middle school players, prepared for the tournament by training only on weekends and during school breaks to avoid interfering with their studies.
Manager Bae Jang-won noted, "The achievement of back-to-back championships is thanks to the dedication of coaches Jeon In-cheol and Park Geon-joo. Above all, I express my deepest gratitude to the parents who trusted and entrusted the students to us."
