Director Jung Jin-hwan's Masan Yongma High School has achieved the remarkable feat of claiming victory in two weight classes in the high school division, following their first team competition win of the 2025 season.

In the high school individual competition of the 79th National Wrestling Championships held at Jecheon Gymnasium in Jecheon, Chungcheongbuk-do on the 26th, Masan Yongma High School's Lee Won-joong, competing in the Administrator class (under 80 kg), successfully executed a throw and a leg hook against Kim Min-gun (Hyunil High School) in the final match, winning 2-0.

In the final match of the warrior class (under 90 kg), Seo Geum-gwang defeated Lee Geon-hee (Yongin High School) by successfully executing back knee throws twice in a row, claiming victory. As a result, Masan Yongma High School dominated both weight classes, proving their strong individual abilities.

In the lightweight division (under 70 kg), Jin Sang-geun (Songgok High School) successfully executed a reversal and a throw against Moon Seong-ha (Muncheong High School), winning 2-0.

In the middleweight division (under 75 kg), Go Hae-sung (Yeosu Technical High School) faced Kang In-hwan (Gongju Life Science High School) in the first match, successfully executing a knee lift to lead 1-0. However, in the second match, he allowed a front knee strike, bringing the score back to 1-1. Yet in the third match, he successfully executed a throw to secure the final score of 2-1 and claim victory.

In the heavyweight division (under 85 kg), Gong Jun-yeon (Chungmu High School) faced Oh Hyun-seop (Bupyeong High School), successfully executing two pushes in a stable match to win.

In the heavyweight division (under 100 kg), Lee Si-woo (Taean High School) repeatedly succeeded in throwing against Kang Se-yoon (Masan Yongma High School), winning 2-0.

In the super heavyweight division (under 135 kg), Jung Seon-woo (Yongin High School) took the lead 1-0 against Kwak Seung-hyun (Yeosu Technical High School) by successfully executing a throw, but allowed a reversal in the second match, bringing the score back to 1-1. However, he again secured a throw in the final third match, achieving a dramatic victory with a score of 2-1.
