The K League round's best 11 and MVP are selected through quantitative and qualitative evaluations conducted by the Technical Research Group (TSG) under the Korea Professional Football League (KPFL). The TSG members assigned to each K League match choose the best 11 and the Man of the Match (MOM). Following this, a TSG match evaluation meeting is held to determine the final best 11 for K League 1 and 2 of that round by aggregating the TSG member ratings and opinions along with scores from the official K League supplemental data provider 'Bipro.' The round MVP is then selected from the candidates for each match's MOM in the same manner as the best 11.
