Kim Seo-hyeon, the closer for Hanwha Eagles, achieved the honor of recording the highest votes in All-Star fan voting history (1,786,837 votes).

The KBO officially announced the All-Star Best 12 list on the 23rd. The Best 12 for the All-Star Game was determined by combining the fan vote (70%) conducted over three weeks from June 2 (Monday) to June 22 (Sunday) on three voting pages: the KBO website, the KBO official app, and the Shinhan SOL Bank app, with the player vote (30%).

In the shared All-Star closing institutional sector, Hanwha's Kim Seo-hyeon received a record-breaking 1,786,837 votes from fans, becoming the 'fan vote highest vote-getter' for the 2025 Shinhan SOL Bank KBO All-Star Game. Kim Seo-hyeon secured this honor, outperforming Lotte's Yoon Dong-hee, who placed second with 1,717,766 votes by a margin of over 69,000 votes.

In the closing pitcher category, which has been counted since the 2015 All-Star Game, the second fan vote winner after KIA's Jeong Hae-young in the 2024 season was announced, marking Kim Seo-hyeon as the second player from Hanwha, following Lee Yong-kyu in the 2016 season, to win the fan vote, and the first pitcher from Hanwha to achieve this honor. Kim Seo-hyeon also received 220 votes from the player vote, leading to a total score of 54.19 points, ranking first.
