On the 18th, Chungbuk Cheongju FC conducted a traffic safety campaign in partnership with the Cheongju Heungdeok Police Station and the Cheongju Heungdeok Exemplary Drivers Association to create a safer traffic environment for citizens.

This campaign targeted citizens on their morning commute starting from 7:30 a.m. at the Seocheongju Bridge intersection, an area with heavy vehicle traffic.

Chungbuk Cheongju FC players Park Geon-woo, Seo Jae-won, Lee Gang-han, Lee Seung-jae, and Hong Seok-jun participated in the campaign, urging vehicle drivers about the importance of safe driving, speed compliance, and wearing seat belts, while also raising awareness of the necessity for pedestrian safety. They specifically used signboards with phrases tailored to the eye level of commuters and conducted on-site campaigns to effectively remind participants of traffic safety, helping to elevate traffic safety awareness.

Seo Jae-won, a player from Chungbuk Cheongju FC who participated in this campaign, noted, "It was a really meaningful experience to share the importance of traffic safety with citizens in the bustling morning commute. I will continue to strive to show good examples both on and off the field as a representative of the team."

Chungbuk Cheongju FC plans to continue various social contribution activities based on its solidarity with the community, and they are set to have an away game against Busan IPark on June 22 (Sun) at 7 p.m. Furthermore, they will play a home game against Jeonnam Dragons at Cheongju Sports Complex on June 29 (Sun) at 7 p.m.
