Every year, receiving the passionate love of fans, the 'Shinhan SOL Bank Summer Race,' which has established itself as the representative event of the All-Star Game, will once again take place this year at Daejeon Hanwha Life Eagles Park with fans.

The KBO announced on the 17th that it is recruiting child fans to participate in the 'Shinhan SOL Bank Summer Race,' where they can create unforgettable memories while breathing together with the All-Star players they have long admired.

The Shinhan SOL Bank Summer Race will have two All-Star players from each team, child fans selected through prior public solicitation, male and female guardians, and the team's mascot forming a team to participate.

It will be held in a relay format that involves passing through obstacle courses in a total of six sections (Overcome the wind, Jumping stepping stones, Tunnel escape, Weeble wobble hurdle, Retake the hill, Perfect pitcher), proceeding with a tournament system like last year.

Additionally, this year, to enhance the safety and concentration of participants, a stretching time for both participants and spectators has been newly established before the start of the event.

In the four races held so far, Lee Jung-hoo and Jerry Sands (Kiwoom) in 2019, Seo Jin-yong and Park Seong-han (SSG) in 2022, Kim Won-jung and Kim Min-seok (Lotte) in 2023, and Jeung Bo-keun and Hwang Seong-bin (Lotte) and Park Ji-hwan and Moon Seung-won (SSG) teamed up with fans to win the championship.

The recruitment of fans for this Shinhan SOL Bank Summer Race will be conducted through the KBO All-Star Game website from the 17th to the 24th for eight days. Any child fan can participate, and to complete their application, they must freely write their reason for wanting to participate along with their stories with the team they support and can include photos and videos.

The final selection results are expected to be individually notified on the 25th, along with guidance on participation methods and necessary preparations.

Selected fans from 10 teams will receive tickets for the 2025 Shinhan SOL Bank KBO All-Star Game and commemorative goods, and a separate prize will be awarded in the event of winning.
