The professional baseball team KT Wiz created special memories with fans even during their away game in Daegu.

KT held the 'Away Magician WITH Go Young-pyo' program successfully during the away game against the Samsung Lions at Daegu Samsung Lions Park on the 14th. A total of 520 fans participated in the event, traveling together from Suwon to Daegu, showcasing strong support cohesion.

'Away Magician' is a special program designed for KT fans to engage in away cheering events with the cheering squad. It consists of a full package that includes round-trip transportation, game tickets, snacks, and beverages, making it very popular.

In particular, on this day, ace Go Young-pyo, who is a former national team member, took on the event title, adding significance. Before departing from Suwon KT Wiz Park, Go Young-pyo personally provided coffee and snacks (a snack set) he prepared for the fans. After arriving at Daegu Samsung Lions Park, he also provided a set of snacks from the local Yangsan bakery, reflecting the local flavor. Additionally, every participant of the Away Magician received special souvenirs such as LED badges.

Park Han-ah (39), who participated with her husband and daughter from Gunpo, Gyeonggi Province, said, 'It’s fun to ride the bus with KT Wiz fans who like the team from their home stadium. I'm happy to see my daughter learn about the cheering culture naturally while talking about baseball with people she is seeing for the first time,' and added, 'It feels great to see home runs coming one after the other, even though we came from afar. I hope our team wins.'

This season, the 'Away Magician' is in its fourth iteration, following the first event 'First shot by Manager Lee Kang-cheol' against the Lotte Giants on March 29 and the second event 'Second shot by Captain Jang Sung-woo' against Hanwha Eagles on April 26. The third event was canceled due to rain.

Meanwhile, on the day of the away game, the 13th, the 'Cheering Squad Goes' event was also held at a Wiz Family affiliated restaurant located in Paldal-gu, Suwon. The KT Wiz cheering squad visited the venue, conducting special performances and recreation, enjoying a good time with fans. Initially, they planned to watch the live broadcast together with the cheering squad, but the game was canceled due to rain, leaving a sense of disappointment.

KT Wiz is transforming into a 'communicative club,' enhancing its interaction with fans regardless of home or away games.
