Bucheon FC 1995 achieved a 3-1 comeback victory against Seoul E-Land in the Hana Bank K League 2 2025 Round 16 held at Bucheon Stadium on the 14th.
With this victory, Bucheon successfully escaped a two-game losing streak and added 3 points, recording a total of 7 wins, 4 draws, and 5 losses for 25 points, placing them 5th.
Bucheon head coach Lee Yong-min said after the match, "We showed a poor performance in the last three away games, disappointing our fans. Today, we made a turning point. Not just the starting players but everyone gave their best. We blocked what Seoul E-Land does well and showcased what we do well. Based on today's game, we will strive to achieve good results."
Head coach Lee emphasized before the match that they need to capitalize on the opponent's mistakes to score, stating, "We thought a lot about that aspect while preparing for E-Land over the past week. The players executed what we practiced well in the game. There were some shortcomings in attack during the first half, but overall, they carried out what we prepared in a short amount of time well."
Lee Yong-min said, "Now we have upcoming matches against teams we need to compete with. There are no teams weaker than us, but there are also no teams that are much stronger. We need to prepare to give our best in every match and focus so we can play well like today."
