Bayern Munich announced on the 10th (local time) via its website that a total of 29 players will depart for the United States. Kim Min-jae is included in the list.

Bayern revealed a video on social media account showing Kim Min-jae boarding the flight to the United States. The video captured Kim Min-jae greeting club officials along with a bright expression alongside Manuel Neuer, Thomas Müller, and Jamal Musiala.

Bayern will face Auckland City (Australia), Boca Juniors (Argentina), and Benfica (Portugal) in Group C. Kim Min-jae is preparing for the first match against Auckland City on the 16th.

In the 2024-2025 season, Kim Min-jae scored 3 goals in 43 official matches. He scored 2 goals in 27 league matches and 1 goal in 13 UEFA Champions League matches. He appeared in 3 matches in the German Football Association Cup.
