The "Yeongdeok Football Festa Summer League," hosted by the soccer media outlet Best Eleven (Publisher Park Jeong-seon) and sponsored by Yeongdeok County, Gyeongbuk (County Mayor Kim Gwang-yeol), will be held for four days from July 25 (Friday) to July 28 (Monday) in the region known as "Strong County in Soccer, Yeongdeok County."

This festival, which includes kindergarteners, pure amateur elementary and middle school divisions, as well as mom futsal and dad jukskei, will start accepting participants on a first-come, first-served basis from June 10 to June 23, with registration available on the Best Eleven website (www.besteleven.com).

As part of the pop-up event, opportunities for clinics will be provided for student athletes in the goalkeeper position, who find it difficult to receive specialized training, by inviting legendary goalkeepers from abroad as instructors. These instructors include Shinichiro Morishita, a legendary goalkeeper from Jubilo Iwata, and Yoshikazu Kawaguchi, a well-known former member of the Japanese national soccer team, as well as former players like Lee Geun-ho and Baek Seong-dong, who played professionally for local clubs. Registration for the goalkeeper clinic will also start on June 10 and close on a first-come, first-served basis, with applications available on the Best Eleven website.

"Football Festa" boasts a prize pool worth 30 million won, including support for international exchange and training, and all participating student athletes will receive benefits from joining a sports safety mutual aid program and sports functional products.

Best Eleven is planning a variety of programs through this summer league to become a great support for Yeongdeok County and its citizens, and hopes that many soccer families will participate in the "Football Festa," visit Yeongdeok County, and provide great support to the county's residents.
