The Korea Football Association (KFA) is enhancing communication with fans.

KFA announced on the 9th, "In order to strengthen communication with soccer fans and improve the transparency of complaint handling, we will establish and implement the 'Complaint Center Operational Guidelines.'"

KFA explained, "We have been operating the 'Complaint Center,' which receives and processes complaints related to soccer, but due to internal judgment indicating a lack of clear operational grounds, we have prepared these guidelines."

The goal of these guidelines is to ensure the speed, fairness, and transparency of complaint handling, and to protect the rights of complainants.

The 'Complaint Center' will be operated through the KFA website, and complaints can be submitted online. Submitted complaints will be reviewed by the department responsible for KFA's ethics and audit functions, and then transferred to the relevant department for processing. The results of complaint handling will be communicated to the complainant within 10 days from the date of submission, and in unavoidable cases, a one-time extension is possible.

The establishment of this operational guideline was led by the Compliance Office, created to enhance sound management during the recent KFA organizational restructuring process. Deputy Minister Kim Yoon-joo stated, "Through these guidelines, we have established a foundation for more systematic and responsible processing of soccer fans' opinions," and noted, "We will continue to strive to enhance communication with fans and increase transparency and reliability in soccer administration."

The newly established 'KFA Complaint Center Operational Guidelines' apply to KFA and local associations, as well as affiliated organizations. However, in cases where there are separate procedures under relevant laws regarding human rights violations or public interest reports, those procedures will be followed.

KFA plans to actively reflect the voices of soccer fans and achieve transparent and responsible soccer administration as a result of these guidelines.
