BBQ created a special time for aspiring golfers with professional Yoo Hae-ran (24, Daol Financial Group), who is active on the LPGA Tour.

The largest chicken franchise in Korea, Genesis BBQ Group (Chairman Yoon Hong-geun), held a 'Youth Golf Charity Event with LPGA's Yoo Hae-ran' at the 'New York Country Club' in New York, USA, on the 3rd (local time).

This event, organized by BBQ, was planned to provide aspiring young golfers with the experience of receiving lessons from active LPGA Tour players.

To this end, BBQ invited professional Yoo Hae-ran, who maintained the lead throughout the Black Desert Championship on the LPGA Tour last month, winning the tournament. Approximately 150 fans, including Consul General Kim Eui-hwan from New York, attended the event.

On this day, professional Yoo Hae-ran provided one-point lessons to four young players selected through recommendations from schools in New York and New Jersey. She also spent meaningful time holding a signing event with fans.

BBQ also held a shotgun (a format where all 18 holes start simultaneously) round of golf with the young players and attendees.

For this event, BBQ fully supported the necessary expenses for such as venue rental and meals, and presented all participants with commemorative items like golf hats and balls. Scholarships were awarded to the young players who participated, supporting promising golfers.

Consul General Kim Eui-hwan, who participated in the event, noted, "I express great gratitude for BBQ arranging a public service event for the youth in the New York and New Jersey areas," and added, "I hope BBQ becomes a corporation that leads the way in expanding positive influence through consistent social contribution."

Professional Yoo Hae-ran said, "Like me, who has been able to stand where I am today thanks to the belief and support of many during my childhood, I believe that the friends who joined today will also grow significantly in the future," adding, "I will also receive good energy through BBQ's strong support and work hard to move forward."
