Ulsan HD has added height and strength to the team by acquiring 191 cm tall defender Milos Trojak.

Ulsan brought in defender Trojak, a Polish national, marking the first foreign defender on the team in four seasons since the 2021 season.

Trojak has played as a starting defender and captain for Korona Kielce in the Polish top-tier football league Ekstraklasa for the past three seasons.

In the 2024-2025 season, due to accumulated warnings, he could not participate in two matches and played in all but the final match of the league, showcasing a diamond-like performance in a total of 31 matches. Above all, Trojak took on the role of a pillar for his team, having played more than 30 league matches over the past five seasons.

Trojak's physical strength and self-management are expected to be a great asset for Ulsan, which has upcoming schedules for the Korea Cup, K League, Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Champions League, and FIFA Club World Cup.

Trojak, who excels in build-up play based on excellent kicking ability and counter-switch passes, is expected to enhance Ulsan's defensive stability and attacking support when combined with capable left-footed center-backs like Kim Young-kwon and Lee Jae-ik.

Moreover, Trojak is a player who stands out in speed, a common drawback of physically imposing players, and can play both center-back and defensive midfielder roles, making him a versatile option for Ulsan's various tactical strategies during matches.

Currently, midfielder Lee Jin-hyun, who is part of Ulsan, faced Trojak in a defensive battle while wearing the uniform of Poland's Puszcza Niepolomice last August. At that time, Lee was selected as a starting attacking midfielder, while Trojak, wearing the captain's armband from his previous team Korona Kielce, played as a left center-back. Both players played full-time, and the match ended in a scoreless draw after a fierce battle.

Lee Jin-hyun reflected on the encounter, saying, "I thought he would be slow because he's tall and well-built, but I remember he was a quick player. Above all, he was impressive as an active participant in coordinating the team's defense."

Trojak, who will be wearing the Ulsan uniform, stated, "Since my father was also a football player, I take great pride in my profession. Thus, I have a strong desire to leave a trophy for my career. That's why I came to Ulsan. I will help the team achieve its goals so that I can show my son the moment of lifting the trophy."

Meanwhile, Trojak, who made his first overseas transfer to Ulsan, officially joined the squad on the 4th. After a brief adaptation period with the team, Trojak is scheduled to depart for the United States on the 6th for intense training ahead of the Club World Cup.
