From Tuesday to Sunday, all games were sold out.

The professional baseball team LG Twins recorded six consecutive sellouts.

On the 1st, LG faced the Samsung Lions in the 9th matchup of the season at Jamsil Stadium in Seoul. The LG organization announced that 23,750 tickets were sold for the game. The event sold out 1 hour and 30 minutes before it started.

As a result, LG recorded its 21st sellout out of 31 home games this season.

LG had a three-game series against Hanwha Eagles during the week, achieving sellouts in all games. Even though it was a weekday series from Tuesday to Thursday, each game recorded 23,750 spectators due to the first and second place showdown. The sellout records continued into the weekend series against Samsung.

Along with six consecutive sellouts, LG recorded a total attendance of 690,070 this season, averaging 22,260 per game.

Last year, LG recorded an attendance of 1,397,499 (an average of 19,144) during home games, setting a new all-time single-season attendance record in the KBO League. The previous record was 1,380,018, set by the Lotte Giants in 2009. This season, LG is once again challenging for an attendance record.
