This year, Jeonbuk Hyundai has a special time.

Jeonbuk Hyundai announced on the 30th that "the coaching staff of partner club PSV Eindhoven visited."

Jeonbuk Hyundai will continue to invite the coaching staff from PSV as part of its ongoing efforts to provide advanced European football education for youth team development. Special coaching will take place from the 29th to the 10th of next month.

This year, the coaching targets will be expanded from the youth team to Team N, providing training and opportunities for exchange and experience.

Since last year, Jeonbuk Hyundai has been in partnership with PSV, inviting its coaching staff to Korea and conducting on-site training for youth team players and coaches in the Netherlands for the third year.

The visiting coaching staff includes Eser Elmali, a set-piece and goalkeeping coach, Tom van den Hurk, a conditioning coach, and Alexandre Sacha Rilhas, a tactical coach, who plan to dedicate about two weeks to foster the growth of Jeonbuk Hyundai's youth team and Team N.

PSV is one of the top prestigious clubs in Europe, noted for leading the Eredivisie (Dutch professional football’s top tier) championship for the 2024-25 season, following last year, and is recognized for its player development.

In August, the Jeonbuk Hyundai youth team is scheduled to participate in the "Otten Elite Cup 2025" hosted by PSV, competing against prominent European teams to gain international experience.

In addition to participating in the tournament, plans are underway to send youth team players and coaches to the PSV youth team in October for overseas training, where they will directly experience training and coaching.

Director General Lee Dohyun said, "The growth of the youth team relies on continuous education and sustained support as the key to success," adding, "We will do our best to realize Jeonbuk Hyundai's philosophy of youth development, which focuses on growth rather than immediate results."
