The perpetrator of the murder case involving South Korean tourists in Angeles, Philippines, was urgently arrested.

Jeong Mun-hong, the chairman of Road FC, revealed the news of the arrest in a video titled [Breaking News] Arrest of the murderer of South Korean tourists in Angeles on his YouTube channel 'Gao Hyung Life'.

The murder case of South Korean tourists in Angeles occurred in April, where the victim was shot while resisting a robbery and was taken to the hospital but died.

Chairman Jeong Mun-hong had repeatedly asked Albert Pero, the representative of Road FC Philippines, for help in apprehending the suspect. Pero, a former Director General of the Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), has made significant contributions to combating organized crime and drug trafficking in the Philippines as well as enhancing public safety. In response to Chairman Jeong's request, Pero encouraged his juniors and closely asked for their assistance in capturing the perpetrator. Following this, Pero has kept in contact with his juniors regarding the progress of the investigation.

Chairman Jeong Mun-hong visited the CIDG office in Angeles and the Central Luzon Police Headquarters directly with Pero. He also promised to provide a reward of 500,000 pesos (approximately 12 million won) as a motivational fund to ensure the capture of the suspect.

After continued investigations, the suspect was finally arrested around 8 a.m. on the 28th. The driver of a motorcycle and an accomplice were apprehended, and the identity of the shooter, who is still at large, has been secured, making his capture a matter of time.

Chairman Jeong Mun-hong said in the Gao Hyung Life video, 'I and Pero from Road FC in the Philippines have been in contact with the police officer in charge. I was informed that one of the suspects was arrested at 8 a.m. on May 28. One of the accomplices has confessed to this. The driver of the motorcycle has been arrested, and (the still-at-large suspect) is named Adam, the one who fired the gun, and his identity has already been secured.'
