The professional baseball SSG Landers is on a pleasant two-game winning streak.

SSG won 6-5 against the NC Dinos in the ‘2025 Shinhan Bank SOL Bank KBO League’ game held at Incheon SSG Landers Field on the 29th, marking their second consecutive win.

Starting pitcher Kim Gun-woo recorded 2⅓ innings, allowing 3 hits, 1 walk, and 4 strikeouts, while giving up 2 runs before leaving the mound early. However, Park Ki-ho (1⅓ innings, 1 unearned run) and Park Si-hu (2⅔ innings, 2 runs) followed, with Noh Kyung-eun (1⅔ innings, no runs) coming in relief, ensuring the team's victory. Jo Byeong-hyeon secured his eighth save of the season. Park Si-hu recorded his first career win.

The SSG lineup recorded 8 hits, with half of those, 4 hits, coming from Ko Myung-jun alone. Ko Myung-jun had 4 at-bats, 4 hits, 1 RBI, and 1 run. Lee Ji-young also swung for 2 hits and 3 RBIs in 4 at-bats. Choi Jeong recorded 1 walk and 1 hit by pitch. After being hit by a pitch, he was replaced by Oh Tae-gon, raising concerns, but fortunately, he avoided serious injury.

SSG manager Lee Seung-yong noted in a post-game interview, "Today’s victory is a result of all the players coming together. First, congratulations to (Park) Si-hu on his first professional win. Si-hu's performance has been a great contribution to the team this season," congratulating Park Si-hu on his debut win.

"(Ko) Myung-jun, (Han) Yoo-seom, and (Lee) Ji-young recorded 7 hits and 5 RBIs, displaying strong performances, while other players also contributed to the scoring," said manager Lee Seung-yong, who praised the hitters for their active batting and brilliant base running, particularly highlighting the decisive steals by Yoo-seom and (Oh) Tae-gon.

"On the pitching side, the bullpen's relay performance minimized runs well. (Noh) Kyung-eun displayed incredible endurance with 1⅔ innings of work," manager Lee Seung-yong encouraged the bullpen pitchers who performed well, adding, "We will prepare well to carry this good momentum from the home series into the weekend's away series."

SSG will move to Busan's Sajik Stadium on the 30th to face Lotte in a three-game away series. SSG's Mitch White and Lotte's Tucker Davidson will be the starting pitchers.
