Kia Tigers' Kim Do-young is sidelined due to a right hamstring injury, prompting Oh Seon-woo to take the third batting spot.

Kia announced the starting lineup for the 2025 Korea Professional Baseball game against the Kiwoom Heroes held at Gwangju-Kia Champions Field on the 28th.

The lineup includes Park Chan-ho (shortstop), Yoon Do-hyun (second baseman), Oh Seon-woo (right fielder), Choi Hyung-woo (designated hitter), Han Joon-soo (catcher), Kim Seok-hwan (left fielder), Hwang Dae-in (first baseman), Kim Ho-ryeong (center fielder), and Kim Gyu-seong (third baseman).

Kim Gyu-seong was utilized as the ninth hitter and third baseman in place of Kim Do-young, who was sidelined with a right hamstring injury after successfully stealing a base the previous day. Oh Seon-woo, who hit a decisive home run the day before, was assigned to the third batting spot.

It is a cleanup trio consisting of Oh Seon-woo, Choi Hyung-woo, and Han Joon-soo. Na Sung-bum and Kim Sun-bin were also sidelined due to calf injuries, leaving many regular players absent.

In place of Kim Do-young, who was removed from the first team, multi-position infielder Park Min, known for his defensive skills, was called up. This marks his first promotion to the first team this year. He recorded a batting average of .273 with 3 home runs and 19 RBIs, and an OPS of .743 in the Futures League.
