The Korea Lacrosse Association announced that it will hold the '2025 Youth Club League First Half U-19 Tournament' from the 31st to June 1 and June 7 for a total of three days. This tournament is seen as a starting point for systematically organizing the existing high school league and strengthening the school-centered club system, which is part of a youth sports club revitalization project supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation.

The tournament consists of ▲ 31st Men's Pool League ▲ June 1 Women's Pool League ▲ June 7 Men's and Women's playoffs and finals, and will be held at the Pocheon Football Park in Pocheon, Gyeonggi Province. About 500 student-athletes will participate, representing high school club teams from schools across the country, with players currently enrolled in high school taking part in clubs that operate as voluntary organizations. The following schools will participate in this U-19 league.

• Men's Division (8 teams): Chungnam Samsung High School, Gyeonggi Science High School, Yongin University High School, Minjok Leadership Academy, Incheon POSCO High School, Haneul High School, Hanmin High School, SJA Jeju

• Women's Division (7 teams): Chungnam Samsung High School, Gyeonggi Science High School, Yongin University High School, Minjok Leadership Academy, Incheon POSCO High School, Haneul High School, Saint Paul Seoul

The Korea Lacrosse Association noted, "We have been operating the youth league on our own, but this year, with support from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation, we have been able to enhance our operational system and secure public interest and sustainability. We are ensuring thorough preparations so that student-athletes can perform in a safer and fairer environment."

Meanwhile, the Korea Lacrosse Association plans to sequentially hold U-16 and U-14 age group leagues following the U-19 league, gradually expanding the foundation of youth lacrosse in the country through age-specific league operations.
