SSC Napoli, which lifted the Serie A championship trophy, is making a major reinforcement in the summer transfer market. Legends of Manchester City Kevin De Bruyne, Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho, and Paris Saint-Germain's (PSG) Lee Kang-in have all been captured by Napoli's radar.

According to a report from Italy's 'Area Napoli' on the 25th (Korean time), transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano noted, "Napoli has entered the final stages of negotiations with De Bruyne. The player's side has agreed to conditions that include a total gross salary of 12 million euros (approximately 18.7 billion won) for two years, along with a contractual bonus of 10 million euros in the third-year option."

Romano added, "The medical examination may exceptionally take place in London, and the transfer could be officially confirmed as early as the 27th or 28th." It has also been explained that family matters have already been resolved.

On the same day, 'The Telegraph' reported, "Napoli is targeting not only De Bruyne but also Manchester United winger Garnacho." Napoli attempted to sign Garnacho just after selling Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to PSG last January, but Manchester United refused at that time. However, the situation has reportedly changed dramatically, as coach Rubén Amorim is encouraging Garnacho to transfer.

Manchester United is seeking around 60 million pounds (approximately 111.1 billion won) as the transfer fee for Garnacho, and Chelsea had also attempted to acquire him last winter. With the financial capacity secured through the Serie A championship and Champions League entry, Napoli is pushing for reinforcements again. Garnacho's girlfriend, Eva Garcia, posting a message saying "last game" on her social media, and Garnacho expressing significant dissatisfaction with his playing time in the finals, are both raising the possibility of a transfer.

Meanwhile, Lee Kang-in, who is losing his standing at PSG, is also included in Napoli's candidate list. 'Il Napostista' reported, "AC Milan, Juventus, and Napoli are all monitoring Lee's situation, while PSG has set a transfer fee of around 40 to 50 million euros for him." Lee has participated in 30 matches in Ligue 1 this season, recording six goals and six assists, but he has been unable to secure consistent playing opportunities amidst fierce competition.

Transfer market expert Ekrem Konur from Turkey also noted, "Clubs from the Premier League and Bundesliga are showing interest in Lee, predicting competition in the transfer market."

This season, head coach Antonio Conte, who has successfully utilized resources from the Premier League such as Scott McTominay, Billy Gilmour, and Romelu Lukaku, is aiming to reinforce the attack once more with De Bruyne, Garnacho, and Lee.

After finishing 10th in the league last season, Napoli made a dramatic rebound by reclaiming the Serie A title in just one year. Now, ahead of their return to the Champions League, Napoli is preparing for the next stage and aiming for another power upgrade.
