The NC Dinos of professional baseball achieved their third consecutive victory.
NC won 5-1 against the Doosan Bears in the '2025 Shinhan Bank SOL Bank KBO League' game held at Jamsil Stadium in Seoul on the 24th. With this victory, NC secured their third straight win. In May, they recorded 13 wins, 2 draws, and 5 losses, maintaining the top spot in monthly winning percentage.
Starting pitcher Riley Thompson earned his seventh win of the season by pitching 6 innings, allowing 5 hits, 2 walks, 1 hit batter, striking out 4, and giving up 1 run. Although Cave and Yang Seok-hwan both made outs on fly balls, Kim Ki-yeon hit a single, and Kang Seung-ho drew a walk, creating a two-out bases-loaded opportunity. However, Lim Jong-seong struck out, failing to capitalize on the bases-loaded chance.

Following Kim Joo-won's walk and Ahn Joong-yeol's advancing groundout, with one out and runners on second and third, Cheon Jae-hwan was caught out on a ground ball to first base, but subsequent errors during Kwon Hee-dong's at-bat allowed for an additional run.
