Changwon Special City conveyed a welcome message to the NC Dinos, whose return to Changwon NC Park has been confirmed.

On the 23rd, Changwon Special City stated, "We sincerely welcome the NC Dinos for officially announcing that they will resume home games at Changwon NC Park from the 30th, alongside 1 million citizens of Changwon and baseball fans."

Changwon Special City expressed heartfelt condolences and deep gratitude to the NC Dinos players and officials for their determination during the past 50 days, despite the challenging conditions of away games and temporary home stadium usage.

It also conveyed gratitude to the NC Dinos and the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) for the decision to resume home games at Changwon NC Park, expressing hope that this return will be a signal of joy and hope for all baseball lovers.

Furthermore, it added, "With this return, we hope that Changwon can establish itself as a true baseball city and that it will serve as a new starting point for the development of professional baseball together with the NC Dinos. We will do our utmost to support close communication and collaboration with the NC Dinos to grow alongside the local community."

Changwon Special City promised, "First, we will establish a constant cooperation system among Changwon Special City, the NC Dinos, and Changwon Facilities Corporation to ensure that regrettable incidents do not occur again, and to jointly implement facility safety checks and develop safety management manuals for the baseball stadium to create a safer viewing environment."

Additionally, it explained, "We plan to promote various measures such as changing city bus routes to enhance the convenience of transportation for baseball fans to NC Park. In particular, we will also examine measures to improve accessibility to major KTX stations for the convenience of away fans. Moreover, we plan to develop tourism products so that away fans can enjoy Changwon more through baseball."

Changwon Special City plan to promote facility improvements at Masan Baseball Stadium for the stable operation of the NC Dinos' second team and the enhancement of players' performance.

Acting Mayor Jang Geum-yong stated, "The return of the NC Dinos to Changwon NC Park is not just a resumption of games, but I believe it symbolizes the recovery of Changwon as a city that runs together with citizens who love baseball." He added, "Changwon Special City will fulfill its responsibility to ensure that the club and fans can trust the city in terms of safety, transportation, and services."

He emphasized, "The city will continue to actively support the NC Dinos as a partner for mutual cooperation and will leap forward as 'Baseball City Changwon' growing together with citizens."
