Kimcheon Sangmu has completed the 'recruitment enlistment' of 13 new recruits in the 10th cohort through its official announcement.
Kimcheon Sangmu revealed photos of the 13 new recruits in the 10th cohort wearing the club's uniform. The rental period for the 10th cohort players is from the day they entered the training center on April 7, 2025, until their service expires on October 6, 2026.
The 13 players of the 10th cohort entered the Nonsan Training Center on April 7 and joined the Army Physical Education School on May 15 after completing five weeks of basic military training. On May 20, they finished all the procedures for the 'recruitment enlistment' by completing their profile photos while wearing the Kimcheon Sangmu uniform. The jersey numbers were disclosed through the club's official social media on May 15.
The entire team includes goalkeepers Baek Jong-bum and Moon Hyun-ho; defenders Lee Jeong-taek, Lee Chan-wook, Kim Tae-hwan, and Park Cheol-woo; midfielders Kim Yi-seok, Park Se-jin, and Lee Su-bin; and forwards Ko Jae-hyeon, Kim Joo-chan, Jeon Byeong-gwan, and Lee Geon-hee. Among them, the 'U22 players (those born after Jan. 1, 2003)' are Moon Hyun-ho, Lee Chan-wook, Park Se-jin, and Kim Joo-chan. The 13 players of the 10th cohort have joined team training since May 20 and have been checking their condition through fitness tests.
Squad leader Kim Yi-seok said, 'I tried to adapt well from the training center. Now that training has begun, I want to quickly get my body in shape. Since the senior players have shown good performances, I want to prepare hard so that our cohort can help the team.'
He also noted, 'I want to achieve the goals that the team wants while developing myself and collaborating with good teammates after joining Kimcheon Sangmu. I will do my best to show a good image to fans as well.'
Meanwhile, Kimcheon Sangmu is preparing for away games against Ulsan on the 24th and a home game against FC Seoul on the 28th.
