LG Twins captain Park Hae-min (35) has topped the list of the most influential baseball players in 2025, receiving overwhelming support from female fans under 30.
The LG Twins club announced on the 19th that Park Hae-min won in the 'most influential baseball player' institutional sector at the '2025 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards.'
According to the LG Twins, the 'Brand Customer Loyalty Awards' is the largest loyalty award in Korea that selects representative brands in each field through consumer surveys based on the Brand Customer Loyalty Index (BCLI), developed jointly by the Korea Consumer Forum and the global consulting firm Brand Keys.
This year, the consumer survey recorded the highest participation ever, with 620,000 participants and 1.99 million responses. Park Hae-min topped all categories in the baseball player sector, earning the title of the most influential baseball player in 2025.
Notably, 85% of participants who voted for Park Hae-min were women, with 85% of voters under the age of 30 (47% in their 20s, 20% in their 30s, and 18% in their teens), highlighting strong support from the young female fan base. In other sectors, soccer player Kim Jin-su, women's volleyball player Kim Yeon-koung, and esports player Faker were among the winners.
The LG Twins held a ceremony to award Park Hae-min before the home game against the KT Wiz on the 18th.
Park Hae-min said, 'It feels even more meaningful to be selected by the votes of the fans. I will work hard to ensure that I can perform well on the field and make a positive impact off the field, as much as the fans have chosen me.'
