The Korea Lacrosse Association held a referee clinic in Seoul on March 22, 2025, in preparation for the 2025 youth and junior club league.

This clinic is part of a youth and junior sports activation project supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, aimed at enhancing referee capabilities for the U-19 club league that opens on May 31. Fourteen lacrosse referees active across the country attended and completed advanced training, from game rule education to field practice.

The clinic included lectures on ▲rules and judgment criteria for the 2025 season ▲case-based training to ensure consistency in judgments ▲referee communication and signaling system checks ▲practical judgment training through field practice, focusing on unifying judgment criteria among referees and refining the on-site manual.

A representative from the association's referee department noted, “The accurate judgment of referees is a critical factor directly linked to player protection and the enhancement of game quality,” adding, “Through this clinic, we were able to establish the operational foundation of the league in a direction that embodies public interest and professionalism.”

In addition to this referee clinic, the Korea Lacrosse Association is systematically preparing and conducting education for all members involved in league operations, including operational workshops. Moving forward, the association plans to continuously promote the stable establishment and expansion of the sports system for youth and juniors through collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
