The KIA Tigers won against the SSG Landers.

KIA won 5-4 in the second game of the doubleheader against the SSG Landers held at Incheon SSG Landers Field on the 10th. The first game of the doubleheader was canceled due to rain in the morning. The first game, which was canceled due to rain, will be played as a doubleheader on the 11th.

Wisdom was out on a ground ball to the third baseman, and the runner on second couldn't advance. While Kim Do-young was at bat, Park Chan-ho successfully stole third base, and Kim Do-young brought the runner from third home with a sacrifice fly to center field. Choi Hyung-woo also popped out to center field, but Park Chan-ho's speed created the first run.

In the second inning, SSG lead-off hitter Han Yu-seom walked to reach base. McBroom hit a ball to center and right field, where both fielders came crashing in to catch but ended up colliding, resulting in a hit. With runners on first and third and no outs, however, Go Myeong-jun struck out swinging, Jo Hyeong-woo also struck out swinging, and Jeong Jun-jae went down on three pitches, wasting the scoring chance.

In the fourth inning, KIA lead-off hitter Kim Do-young reached base with a hit that fell in front of center fielder. Choi Hyung-woo's well-hit ball was a line out to the second baseman, and Kim Do-young, who was running to first, attempted to return quickly but was out at second base due to a faster throw.

In the fourth inning, SSG also had lead-off hitter Han Yu-seom reach base with a walk. McBroom struck out, and Go Myeong-jun hit a ground ball to the third baseman, resulting in the lead runner getting out at second. With two outs and a runner on first, Jo Hyeong-woo created a scoring opportunity with a hit to right field, but Jeong Jun-jae ended the inning with a ground ball to the second baseman.

In the fifth inning, after one out, Choi Ji-hoon reached scoring position with a double that hit the center fence. Park Seong-han was out on a ground ball to the third baseman, and Choi Jeong struck out over three pitches.

KIA scored additional runs in the sixth inning. Once again, Park Chan-ho shone. After one out, Park Chan-ho reached base by drawing a walk. In Wisdom's at-bat, he successfully stole second base. Subsequently, a pickoff attempt by pitcher Anderson turned into an error as the throw went into the outfield, allowing him to advance to third. With a sacrifice fly by Wisdom to right field, runner Park Chan-ho scored, making it 2-0.

Kim Do-young hit a foul home run that just missed the left foul pole and then reached base with another walk. SSG pulled Anderson and brought in left-handed pitcher Han Du-sol to face left-handed Choi Hyung-woo, who ended the inning with a ground ball to the second baseman.

In the seventh inning, SSG targeted the KIA bullpen. With starter Ollur out, Jeon Sang-hyun came in as the second pitcher. Jo Hyeong-woo hit a fly ball to the first baseman, and Jeong Jun-jae was out on a fly ball to the left fielder.

After two outs, Kim Chan-hyung reached base with an infield hit toward second base. KIA replaced its pitcher with left-hander Lee Jun-young against left-handed batters. Choi Ji-hoon connected with a hit to right field that went past the first baseman, creating a scoring opportunity with runners on first and third. The ground ball hit by Kim Do-young led to an error by third baseman Kim Chan-hyung, allowing the runner at third to score while the bases remained loaded with one out. Choi Hyung-woo extended the lead to 4-2 with a sacrifice fly to center field.

In the eighth inning, SSG lead-off hitter McBroom hit a solo home run over the left-center fence against Jo Sang-woo, closing the gap to 4-3. After two outs, Jeong Jun-jae reached base with a hit to the left side. KIA replaced Jo Sang-woo with closer Jeong Hae-young, who ended the inning by getting pinch hitter Kim Seong-hyun to fly out to right field.

In the top of the ninth inning, lead-off hitter Lee Woo-sung drew a walk against the changed pitcher Lee Ro-un, and Oh Seon-woo hit a single to right field. Hong Jong-pyo successfully executed a sacrifice bunt, creating runners on second and third with one out. Park Jeong-woo drew a walk, loading the bases with one out. Park Chan-ho extended the lead with a sacrifice fly to left field, making it 5-3. Although Jeong Hae-young allowed a solo home run in the ninth inning to Choi Jeong, he secured the one-run victory.
