Hwaseong FC is holding a special cheering song competition created with fans to strengthen the club's identity and fan culture.
This competition is meaningful as it allows fans to participate as important agents in creating the club's history and traditions, going beyond simply watching the games.
The cheering song competition will run from May 8 to June 11, and anyone who loves Hwaseong FC can participate.
Fans will create and submit new cheering songs that embody their passionate support for the players, the spirit of challenge from Hwaseong FC, and their enthusiasm.
In particular, this competition allows participation in two forms using generative AI technology: creating completely new audio or adding new lyrics to existing songs.
Submissions should be MP3 files of around 3 minutes (under 10MB), and if the cheering song uses the original tune, it should be submitted as a recording made directly.
The final cheering song will be determined by online voting from fans, and awards will be given for the best and excellent entries. The selected cheering song will be officially used at future home games, amplifying the emotional experience on-site.
A Hwaseong FC official noted, “This cheering song competition is a meaningful event where fans proactively create the club's identity and cheering culture. We expect that active participation from fans will strengthen the bond between the players and fans, and a more passionate and vibrant supporter culture will be established.”
Fans wishing to submit their entries should complete the application form in the link in the Hwaseong FC website or the club's Instagram profile and submit it within the designated period.
Through this competition, Hwaseong FC aims to create an even more special football culture together with fans and plans to move towards greater dreams and challenges.
