Professor Lee Seung-jae of Mokpo National University has been officially appointed as the Advisor to the Physiotherapy Unit for the national team by the Lao Football Federation (LFF).
As a prominent expert in player training and sports medicine in Korean football and golf, this appointment serves not only as an important milestone in his career but also signifies a new starting point for cooperation in sports medicine and football development between South Korea and Laos. Professor Lee will provide expert advice for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement for Laos national team players in the future.
This appointment has drawn attention for laying the groundwork for young trainers and sports medicine talents in South Korea to advance into the Asian stage. In fact, students from Mokpo National University have been continuously challenging themselves and growing in Vietnam and Laos, thereby enhancing the school's global standing.
Professor Lee noted, "Through this opportunity, I want to contribute not only to the development of football in Laos but also to create pathways for young talents from South Korea to go abroad, leveraging the human resources and technology that Mokpo National University possesses." He emphasized the importance of creating a structure where both Laos and South Korea can integrate each other's strengths for mutual development.
