The Korea Lacrosse Association held the first Operations Department workshop for the '2025 Youth and Junior Club League' on March 21.
The workshop was organized to ensure the smooth operation of the 2025 Youth and Junior Club League, which is set to kick off in May, and to establish an efficient on-site operational system, with personnel selected from across the country in attendance.
The workshop focused on ▲ the overall schedule and manual guidance for league operations ▲ training on venue setup and equipment management ▲ sharing response manuals for various situations ▲ strengthening on-site communication and reporting systems, and participants engaged in simulation training based on various case studies to enhance their league operation capabilities.
A free discussion and Q&A session among participants was arranged to exchange opinions on key issues that may arise on-site and to share practical operational know-how, providing an opportunity to establish an organic collaboration system centered around the field.
KLA noted, 'As the Youth and Junior Club League is an important project that serves as the foundation for the development of lacrosse in the country, communication centered around the field and operational personnel who are well-prepared are of utmost importance,' adding, 'We expect that this workshop will enhance the stability and professionalism of league operations.'
Meanwhile, the Korea Lacrosse Association plans to expand participation through this club league so that youth and juniors can engage with lacrosse in a more systematic and sustainable way, and in the long term, aims to foster elite players and broaden the base of the sport.
