The Taekwondo Promotion Foundation was selected as an 'excellent institution' in the 2024 public institution customer satisfaction survey conducted under the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

The customer satisfaction survey is conducted annually to objectively diagnose the quality of public services citizens experience among 182 government-affiliated public institutions (20 public enterprises, 52 quasi-government institutions, and 110 other public institutions).

In the 2024 survey, the Taekwondo Promotion Foundation achieved all its goals in four sectors: ▲ operation of taekwondo-based specialized programs ▲ operation of the Taekwondowon permanent performance group ▲ operation of the National Taekwondo Museum and experience center ▲ promotion of Taekwondowon, rising to the highest grade of excellent institution.

In detail, the 'operation of taekwondo-based specialized programs' sector garnered high satisfaction from participants with its various taekwondo experience activities in a pleasant environment at Taekwondowon and the quality of differentiated, specialized taekwondo education. The operation of the 'Taekwondowon permanent performance group' and the 'National Taekwondo Museum and experience center' received excellent results due to friendly customer service and unique experiences only available at Taekwondowon, while the 'promotion of Taekwondowon' sector received positive evaluations in terms of user convenience based on service quality.

Kim Joong-heon, chairman of the Taekwondo Promotion Foundation, noted, "This is the result of all the employees of the Taekwondo Promotion Foundation and Taekwondowon Management Co., Ltd. coming together to advance 'taekwondo promotion and the sanctification of Taekwondowon.'" He added, "We will continue to do our utmost to enhance the satisfaction of visitors to Taekwondowon and participants in programs through proactive service and a more robust safety awareness."
