Gyeongnam FC aims to continue its recent upward trend to seriously aim for a rise into the upper ranks.

Gyeongnam will face Suwon Samsung and Hana Bank K League 2 in the 2025 6th round away match at Suwon World Cup Stadium on the 6th (Sunday) at 2 p.m.

Throughout April, the teams that Gyeongnam will face are all strong teams with considerable power in this season's K League 2. In particular, the match against Suwon Samsung, the first game of April, is expected to be an important match that will determine the flow of the remaining schedule.

Recently, Gyeongnam's performance has been positive. On March 29, they achieved a resounding 3-0 victory against Chungbuk Cheongju in a home match and were selected as one of the best teams of the 5th round. Players Lee Kang-hee, Lee Joon-jae, and Fonseca were also named in the best eleven, showcasing solid performances both offensively and defensively.

Gyeongnam recorded 2 wins and 2 draws in 4 league matches in March, displaying a stable trend without a single loss. If they continue this undefeated streak, it is anticipated that they can secure a position in the upper rank competition.

Coach Lee Eul-yong noted, "The teams we face in April are all formidable, but if we play well as prepared, the upper rank competition will become easier." He expressed his determination ahead of the match against Suwon Samsung.

The 6th round match between Gyeongnam and Suwon Samsung can be viewed on Life Sports TV and Coupang Play.
