Frein Sports noted on the 1st that "Jang Hana, who is set to return to the KLPGA, has signed an apparel sponsorship deal with the golf wear brand Madcatos." Through this sponsorship, Jang will wear Madcatos clothing in competitions until the end of this year.

Jang debuted on the KLPGA Tour in 2011 and achieved a total of 19 wins by 2021, including her time on the LPGA Tour in 2016 and 2017. Last year, she had to focus on treatment due to an injury, but this year, after completing her rehabilitation, she has partnered with Madcatos and stepped confidently into the 2025 season.

Wakti CEO Kang Jeong-hoon said, "Jang Hana's love for cats and her passion for golf remarkably resemble the Madcatos brand's cat character 'Migo.' We decided to support her in hopes of helping her return after the recent ups and downs and to inspire many people."

Jang expressed, "I am happy to have signed a sponsorship deal with Madcatos," and continued, "As a cat lover, I found the brand's worldview very intriguing. Having played golf for many years and known many golf brands, this is the first time I've seen a brand with such storytelling." She added, "As I prepare to return to the regular tour, I will do my best to achieve good results in return for the support."

Meanwhile, Madcatos is a golf wear brand with a unique concept of being the 'resident cat of the golf course.' It has previously signed sponsorship contracts with several top golfers, including KPGA's Park Sung-jun last year, as well as PGA's Yang Yong-eun, LPGA's Kim Hyo-joo, and KLPGA's Lee Se-hee.
