Lee Jin-man explained the circumstances of the accident at Changwon NC Park on the 30th, stating that the organization would support all efforts for the treatment and recovery of the injured.
Lee said, "Around 5:20 p.m. on March 29th, an accident occurred when a structure fixed to the wall near the concession stand by third base at Changwon NC Park fell, resulting in three injuries. We wish a speedy recovery to those who were unfortunately injured. We are doing our best to take necessary actions and will work with relevant authorities to investigate the exact cause of the accident and establish measures to prevent a recurrence."
NC decided to cancel the LG-NC game on the 30th in consultation with the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO). This decision was made to prioritize crowd safety and conduct safety inspections of the facilities. NC is currently in discussions with a professional company for the safety inspection and plans to conduct the safety check at Changwon NC Park as soon as possible. A. Immediately after the incident, we quickly called an ambulance for the injured and secured the area and passage to prevent further damage. At the same time, we contacted the police to cooperate with the investigation.
Our staff prioritized the welfare of the injured by accompanying them to the hospital while waiting there. A club executive is accompanying the injured in the hospital to check on their condition and ensure they have any necessary support.
The club has been in contact with the families of the victims since shortly after the accident, working to prevent the spread of unverified misinformation.
Additionally, we began communication with the KBO right after the accident to discuss immediate safety measures and decided to cancel the game on the 30th. Future games will be discussed based on the findings from the safety assessments. We will prioritize fan safety and analyze the causes of the accident with relevant authorities to prevent a recurrence. The club will do its best for follow-up actions and support for the injured.

A. The person with a head injury had surgery on the evening of the 29th and is currently in the intensive care unit. We are continuously monitoring the situation and a club representative is waiting at the hospital. The individual with a collarbone injury has been confirmed with a fracture and is currently undergoing treatment. The other person currently shows no unusual symptoms, but we will continue to check their condition.

A. It was an aluminum "louver." It is 2.6 meters long and 40 centimeters wide, and we currently do not know the weight as it is under investigation.

The NC Dinos announced after the game with LG on the 29th, "The game scheduled for March 30th (Sunday) against the LG Twins at Changwon NC Park has been canceled for facility inspections. We will announce the possibility of holding home games depending on the duration of the safety inspection."
The KBO stated that after learning about the accident that injured three spectators, it decided to cancel the game on the 30th after consulting with NC and to conduct urgent facility safety inspections to prevent further accidents.
