Senior advisor Lee Kyu-moon is evaluated as an 'investigation specialist' with over 35 years of experience in police investigation and supervisory roles. After graduating from Daegu Gyesung High School, the Police University Law Department, and Yonsei University Graduate School of Journalism and Public Relations, he served as head of the Bonghwa Police Station, head of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's serious crimes unit, head of the Seoul Suseo Police Station, and chief of the criminal division of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency. From 2018, he served as the chief of investigation planning at the central office, director of the investigation bureau, and held positions including chief of the Daejeon Police Agency and deputy chief of investigations at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency and chief of the Busan Police Agency.
Senior advisor Song Byeong-cheol is a key expert in legislative and budget policy, having worked for more than 30 years at the National Assembly Secretariat and other places. After graduating from Daegu Yeongshin High School and the Department of Public Administration at Korea University, he passed the legislative examination (13th). He held positions including media officer at the National Assembly Secretariat, legislative researcher for the Intelligence Committee, and director for public relations. From 2007, he served as head of the economic budget analysis team in the Budget Policy Office, legislative researcher for the Strategy and Finance Committee, and director of the Budget Analysis Office at the National Assembly Budget Office.
After that, Song served until 2024 as a senior researcher for the National Assembly's safety and administrative committee and health and welfare committee, as well as the head of the Strategy and Finance Committee and the Foreign Affairs and Unification Committee (Deputy Minister-level). He is currently also active as a legislative support committee member at the National Assembly Secretariat and a private member of the financial risk management committee at Korea Expressway Corporation.
Attorney Song Kyung-ok is an expert who has engaged in the field of policy finance, including over 15 years in financial supervision and policy restructuring. After graduating from the Department of Political Science at Seoul National University, she completed the 39th Judicial Training Institute. Attorney Song joined the Financial Supervisory Service in 2013 and has worked in the Savings Bank Supervision Division, Financial Investment Compliance Inspection Division, and Investigation Planning Division.
During her tenure at the Financial Supervisory Service, she began working on restructuring measures for troubled savings banks related to the 2011 savings bank crisis, including timely corrective actions for underperforming savings banks and the disposal (change of major shareholders, mergers) of bridge savings banks. She also worked on corporate restructuring and business reorganization tasks, such as establishing the joint manufacturing renaissance vision and strategy in cooperation with relevant ministries at the Office of the President. Furthermore, she gained experience in restructuring troubled companies while serving as the head of compliance audit at Hanwha Asset Management (UAMCO), an agency dedicated to handling non-performing loans and distressed firms. Until recently, attorney Song served as the head of the policy finance team at Shin & Kim LLC and is currently active as the head of the team in the Ministry of Economy and Finance for public institution management assessment (fund) and as an adjunct professor at Sogang University's Graduate School of Management.
