On Sunday, the 6th, the daytime temperature in Seoul will rise to 33 degrees, while Daegu and Gangneung in Gangwon will soar to 36 degrees, continuing the heat wave.
The morning low will be forecasted between 22 and 29 degrees, and the daytime high will be between 29 and 36 degrees.
With a heat wave warning in effect nationwide, the perceived temperature in most areas will rise above 33 degrees (around 35 degrees in some areas of Gyeonggi Province, the eastern coast of Gangwon, Chungcheong Province, southern regions, and eastern Jeju), making it very hot.
The central region will be generally cloudy, while the southern region will have occasional clouds.
In Incheon, northern Gyeonggi, and northern inland Gangwon, rain of less than 5mm will fall from dawn to morning. Rain of about 5mm will continue from late evening until the next morning.
In the metropolitan area and inland/mountain areas of Gangwon, there may be spots with drizzle of less than 0.1mm.
The concentration of fine dust will be at a level considered 'good' to 'moderate' across all regions.
Waves in the sea will be 0.5 to 1.5m in the East Sea and 0.5 to 1.0m in the West Sea and South Sea.
The wave height in the inner sea (approximately 200km from the coastline) is predicted to be 0.5 to 2.0m in the East Sea and 0.5 to 1.5m in the West Sea and South Sea.
