On the 28th, when former President Yoon Suk-yeol attended the special investigation into insurrection, his supporters gathered in front of the Seoul High Prosecutor's Office, where the investigation office was set up. They arrived an hour before former President Yoon did, shouting "President Yoon Suk-yeol" and waving a red scarf that read "ONLY YOON" above their heads. Former President Yoon greeted his supporters by waving his hand.

Former President Yoon arrived in front of the Seoul High Prosecutor's Office in Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, at around 9:55 a.m. His residence is about 300 meters away from the Seoul High Prosecutor's Office in a straight line. The vehicle carrying former President Yoon departed his home at around 9:50 a.m., passing through the west gate of the Seoul High Prosecutor's Office in five minutes under the protection of the presidential security service.

Around 9 a.m. on that day, about 300 supporters of former President Yoon gathered in front of the west gate of the Seoul High Prosecutor's Office. Participants included former Korean history instructor Jeon Han-gil and conservative YouTuber Ahn Jung-gwon. They held signs read "YOON AGAIN" and "Let's protect the separation of powers," and some participants wore red headbands that said "Lee Jae-myung Arrest."

Additionally, some attendees wore T-shirts that had slogans like "YOON GREAT AGAIN" and waved red scarves with the phrase "ONLY YOON". Jeon told the attendees, "Former President Yoon Suk-yeol is scheduled to pass by here. Please wave your hands when he does."

By around 9:45 a.m., the number of supporters for former President Yoon increased to about 500. As his arrival drew closer, they waved scarves that read "ONLY YOON" and chanted "President Yoon Suk-yeol" and "YOON AGAIN," also shouting a slogan that said, "Let's fight, let's win." They waved both the Korean and American flags.

Following Jeon's words, as the vehicle carrying former President Yoon passed in front of his supporters, he rolled down the window and waved his hand. As a result, the supporters shouted even louder, "President Yoon Suk-yeol."
