The vehicle carrying former President Yoon departed his home at around 9:50 a.m., passing through the west gate of the Seoul High Prosecutor's Office in five minutes under the protection of the presidential security service.

They held signs read "YOON AGAIN" and "Let's protect the separation of powers," and some participants wore red headbands that said "Lee Jae-myung Arrest."
Additionally, some attendees wore T-shirts that had slogans like "YOON GREAT AGAIN" and waved red scarves with the phrase "ONLY YOON". Jeon told the attendees, "Former President Yoon Suk-yeol is scheduled to pass by here. Please wave your hands when he does."
By around 9:45 a.m., the number of supporters for former President Yoon increased to about 500. As his arrival drew closer, they waved scarves that read "ONLY YOON" and chanted "President Yoon Suk-yeol" and "YOON AGAIN," also shouting a slogan that said, "Let's fight, let's win." They waved both the Korean and American flags.
