On Sunday, the 29th, hot weather will continue, with tropical nights expected in some areas.
The morning low will be forecasted at 22 to 25 degrees, and the daytime high will be 27 to 36 degrees. This is slightly higher than the average (morning 18 to 21 degrees; daytime 25 to 29 degrees).
The highest perceived temperature will exceed 33 degrees in the southern regions and parts of Chungcheong Province, and will rise above 35 degrees in Daegu, North Gyeongsang, and South Gyeongsang, making it very hot. Tropical nights, with temperatures above 25 degrees, will also appear in some areas from 6:01 p.m. until 9 a.m. the next day.
The central region will be generally cloudy, with rain expected until dawn in northern Chungnam, until morning in the metropolitan area, and until afternoon in Gangwon Province. The expected rainfall is 5 to 40 mm in the five West Sea Islands, 5 to 20 mm in the metropolitan area, inland Gangwon, and northern Chungnam, and around 5 mm on the eastern coast of Gangwon. The southern region will be occasionally mostly cloudy.
The concentration of fine dust will be at a level of 'good' to 'normal' across all regions.
Waves in the East Sea, West Sea, and South Sea will reach 0.5 to 1.0 meters. The swells in the offshore area (about 200 km from the coastline) are forecasted to be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East and West Seas, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea.
