The Special Prosecutor, after meeting with Minister Oh in the afternoon, told reporters, 'We discussed matters related to the transfer of records and dispatching,' and added, 'According to the Special Prosecutor Act, there must be at least six personnel dispatched from the CIO, and we agreed to adhere to this requirement.'

In response to reporters' questions about whether 'Director General Cha Jeong-hyeon was included in the list of individuals to be dispatched,' the Special Prosecutor replied, 'Director General Cha Jeong-hyeon is among those requested for dispatch,' adding, 'However, the dispatch has not yet been confirmed.' He continued, 'Originally, all of the investigating department 4 from the CIO could have joined the Marine Corps Special Prosecutor's Office, but there were requests from the insurrection Special Prosecutor's Office, and I believe the CIO had its own circumstances that led to this mutual understanding.'

Director General Cha Jeong-hyeon is in charge of the investigation into the Marine Corps death incident and the Dec. 3 state of emergency at the CIO. Previously, the insurrection Special Prosecutor's Office had also requested the dispatch of three personnel, including a prosecutor and investigators, from the CIO.

Additionally, in response to reporters' questions about whether the plan to summon former President Yoon Suk-yeol is still valid, the Special Prosecutor stated, 'Ultimately, since this involves the person with the highest position, the investigation must be fully conducted and the summoning must take place.'
