An unusual part-time job advertisement has garnered attention online with the arrival of summer.

On the 18th, Albamon announced the recruitment for 'Watermelon Seed Part-timer' and 'Watermelon Tasting Researcher.' This is not an actual recruitment but rather an experiential event where participants will taste watermelon juice and leave feedback, aimed at promoting Edya Coffee’s popular summer beverage, 'watermelon juice.'

According to Edya Coffee, watermelon juice is not only popular in terms of order volume but also a tricky menu due to the manufacturing processes like removing seeds and processing the pulp. Since its launch in April, it has gained popularity, selling 300,000 cups within ten days.

Those selected as participants will experience the unique part-time job related to watermelon and complete the mission of sharing feedback on social media (SNS). They will also receive a day wage and an Edya watermelon juice mobile exchange voucher.

Applications can be submitted online through the 'Watermelon Tasting Researcher' advertisement on Job Korea and Albamon. Preference will be given to those who ▲ have watermelon as their favorite fruit in the summer ▲ are determined to finish once they start peeling ▲ want to do well in interviews or tests ▲ and eat all fruits without seeds.

Although it is a virtual event, actual prizes are also given. Participants in the 'Watermelon Seed Part-timer' will receive a daily wage of 1 million won along with a whole watermelon, and one representative of the 'Watermelon Tasting Researcher' will receive an additional 5 cups of watermelon juice. Fifty general researchers will each receive 3 cups, and 100 applicants who could not participate will also be awarded mobile exchange vouchers through a lottery.

An official from Edya Coffee said, “We hope this will be a special experience where you can feel a refreshing energy while enjoying the cool Edya watermelon juice.”
