The Gyeonggi Southern Provincial Police Agency is investigating allegations of preferential treatment regarding the change of route for the Seoul-Yangpyeong expressway related to real estate owned by Mrs. Kim's family.
On this day, Prosecutor Min visited the Seoul High Prosecutors' Office, the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office, and the Financial Supervisory Service in order, handling cases involving allegations of involvement by Mrs. Kim, including allegations of stock price manipulation related to Deutsch Motors, allegations regarding 'political broker' Myung-tae Kyun, and allegations of receiving expensive necklaces and luxury bags related to Jeon Sung-bae, known as 'the fortune teller'.
