Former President Yoon Suk-yeol will pass through the court photo line for the first time since the June 3 presidential election on the 9th.

According to the legal circles on the 8th, the 25th Criminal Division of the Seoul Central District Court (Director General Ji Gwi-yeon) will hold the 6th trial session regarding the insurrection leader charges against former President Yoon at 10:15 a.m. on the 9th.

As before, former President Yoon is expected to arrive through the main entrance of the court and pass through the court photo line. The court has not allowed former President Yoon to use the underground entrance since the 3rd trial session. As a result, former President Yoon passed through the photo line until the 5th trial session.

During his attendance through the main entrance of the court three times, former President Yoon went directly to the courtroom without responding to questions from reporters.

On the 9th, witness examination will be conducted regarding Lee Sang-hyun, the former commander of the 1st Airborne Brigade of the Army Special Warfare Command (Brigadier General). The former brigadier general was deployed to the National Assembly on the day of the emergency martial law. He testified during the 5th trial session held on May 26 that he heard remarks from the then commander of the Army Special Warfare Command, Kwak Jong-geun, such as, 'The president said to break down the door and drag out the lawmakers,' and 'Can't we cut the electricity?'
