The expenses of the lawsuit are to be borne by both the plaintiff and the defendant.
탈덕수용소 is a YouTube channel that has defamed celebrities and spread false information. Following the controversy, the channel has been deleted. Jang Won-young and Starship Entertainment proceeded with civil and criminal lawsuits against 박씨, arguing that he has harmed their reputation by disseminating false information.
In the damage compensation lawsuit filed by Jang Won-young against 박씨, Jang Won-young's partial victory was confirmed. In January, the second trial court ruled that 박씨 was to pay Jang Won-young 50 million won.
