Kim Moon-soo, the presidential candidate of the People Power Party, was involved in a fire after his campaign vehicle collided while passing through the Galwol underpass in Yongsan, Seoul.
According to the Yongsan Fire Station in Seoul, at about 9:12 a.m. on the 30th, a panel being carried by Kim's campaign vehicle collided with the underpass ceiling, causing the vehicle to overturn and ignite.
There were two people in the vehicle, but no injuries were reported.
Fire authorities dispatched 18 vehicles and 61 personnel to extinguish the blaze. The fire was completely extinguished at about 9:26 a.m., just 14 minutes after the accident occurred.
