The military and police conducted a joint investigation into the naval patrol aircraft crash that occurred in Pohang, North Gyeongsang Province.

According to the navy and the North Gyeongsang Provincial Police Agency on the 29th, the military and police examined the matter that night at the Pohang Hospital.

An investigation refers to the process where investigative agencies examine a body to determine whether the cause of death was a crime. It is known that the investigation took a considerable amount of time.

Earlier, around 1:49 p.m. that day, a naval P-3CK patrol aircraft training for takeoff and landing crashed into a hillside in the southern district of Pohang, killing all four occupants.
