Broadcaster Pungja confessed that they lost weight through the obesity treatments Wigobi and Saxenda, but experienced serious side effects.

On the 26th, Pungja posted a video titled "Real review and price, side effects, weight loss kilos of Wigobi vs. Saxenda" on their YouTube channel "PungjaTV." They mentioned that they had tried both Saxenda and Wigobi.

Pungja said, "I take Saxenda every day and increase the dosage weekly. Then I really lost my appetite. However, the side effect is nausea. It felt like smelling the oil from pancakes when I was feeling bloated," adding, "When it was time to increase the dosage again, I felt dizzy. It was okay when I stayed still, but I felt nauseous when I opened my eyes and tried to do something."

They continued, "I had been on Saxenda for a month and a half, but due to nausea and vomiting, I carried a black plastic bag with me. This is a common side effect of Saxenda," noting, "I lost exactly 7 kg between a month and a month and a half of taking Saxenda. Losing weight is good, but it’s too difficult. When I stopped Saxenda, I regained 7 kg in just 5 days."

Pungja revealed that they lost 3 kg this time by trying Wigobi. They said, "With Wigobi, I take it once a week and adjust the dosage every month," explaining, "When I take Wigobi, my appetite is alive. However, I don't eat much when it comes to meals."

Still, they mentioned, "Then suddenly I vomit without warning signs. Saxenda is taken once a day, so if side effects occur, I can either skip it the next day or lower the dosage, but with Wigobi, I have to endure the side effects for a whole week since it’s taken once a week," adding, "Even after taking Wigobi, I didn't lose weight, so when I increased the dosage, I also experienced diarrhea symptoms."

Eventually, Pungja, whose daily life had become difficult, stopped taking the obesity treatment and is currently continuing their diet through dietary control and exercise without medication. They stated, "I am currently maintaining a 16-hour fasting regime. During this time, I only drink water. I consume one meal with something I want to eat, and I walk 5 km every day for my diet," adding that they have lost 14 kg with this method.
