Former President Yoon Suk-yeol walked into the courtroom on the morning of the 26th to attend the fifth trial session on charges of being the ringleader of a rebellion. The court has not allowed underground access since the third trial session, leading the former president to pass through the so-called photo line. However, former President Yoon did not answer any questions from the press.
Former President Yoon appeared at the entrance of the Seoul Central District Court's west building around 9:59 a.m. He emerged from the car wearing a suit and a red tie. With a blank expression, he entered the courthouse with his lawyer and bodyguards.
Reporters asked several questions, including, "What do you think about the prosecutor's request for a search warrant for the Bihwa phone server?" and "Why did you watch the election fraud movie?" but former President Yoon did not respond.
Earlier, former President Yoon also entered and exited the courthouse a total of four times during the trial on the 19th, but he did not answer any questions from reporters.
Meanwhile, the 25th Criminal Division of the Seoul Central District Court (Director General Ji Gwi-yeon presiding) will hold the fifth trial session regarding former President Yoon's charges of being the ringleader of a rebellion in courtroom 417 starting at 10:15 a.m.
