According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the expected rainfall for that day due to the showers is around 5 mm in eastern Gyeonggi, 5 to 20 mm in the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, around 5 mm in northern Chungbuk, and around 5 mm in northern Gyeongbuk.
That morning, the lowest temperatures recorded were 11.7 degrees in Seoul, 12.6 degrees in Busan, 12.2 degrees in Daegu, 12.7 degrees in Gwangju, and 11.2 degrees in Daejeon. The highest daytime temperatures were forecasted to be between 18 and 26 degrees.
The morning low on the upcoming 26th is forecasted to be between 9 and 15 degrees, and the highest daytime temperatures are expected to be between 20 and 27 degrees. The morning low on the 27th is expected to be between 11 and 16 degrees, with the highest daytime temperatures reaching between 21 and 28 degrees. The Korea Meteorological Administration predicted that for the time being, the temperature difference between daytime and nighttime will be around 15 degrees, particularly in the inland areas.
Until morning, low clouds will move into the mountainous areas of Gangwon, leading to dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters; thus, caution should be taken for traffic safety.
